The British Way: Enemy of My Enemy is an expansion for the strategy board game The British Way, part of the famous COIN (Counter-Insurgency Series). The expansion adds two new games that function as “prequels” to the original conflicts, using the maps of Malaya and Palestine, while also enhancing the base game with variants for all the original conflicts.

In Japanese Occupation, the British cooperate with the Malayan Communist Party (MCP) to resist the Japanese occupation during World War II. Likewise, in Arab Revolt, players experience the suppression of the Arab Revolt (1936–1939), which preceded the Jewish insurgency in the original Palestine game.

The Enemy of My Enemy COIN expansion adds entirely new mechanisms tailored to the particularities of each conflict. Players can link these new battles with the original games, creating a dynamic “End of Empire” Campaign Scenario, where every choice has an impact on the later history.
