Returns – Product Replacement

If you want to return or exchange a game because it is defective, please follow the instructions below for the best possible service.

Exchange of games – products

  • Any exchange request must be made within 15 days from the purchase date. It must be accompanied by the purchase receipt so that we can assist you quickly and reliably. The products you request to exchange must be returned intact, in their packaging, unopened and unassembled, and the products purchased in exchange must be of equal or greater value.

Defective games – products

In case any of the games – products you received has a manufacturing defect, please inform us by phone within three (3) business days at 698 2880238 or by e-mail at info@meeple-planet.com. Any return and exchange of defective games – products must be made within 15 days from the purchase date.
After we have been contacted, the product must be sent back to us, accompanied by its proof of purchase. We will cover the cost of shipping the new product on the next business day from the day of receipt of the defective one, provided availability exists. The product can be replaced only if its packaging is presented (so that the product can be returned to the supplier company) and only if the defect does not result from misuse or violation of the product’s instructions for use. Shipping costs are borne exclusively by meeple-planet.

Withdrawal

If you wish to return the product you purchased from the online store, you can send it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 calendar days from its delivery, so that the exercise of the right of withdrawal is considered timely.

As soon as we receive the withdrawal statement, we will contact you by phone or by email, according to the details provided in the withdrawal statement.

Withdrawal Terms

– The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day you received the defective game – product.
– Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
– They must be returned intact, in their packaging, unopened and unassembled, since the games – products will be made available for sale again.
– All games – products for return must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.

If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be sent back to the customer with recipient charges.

Provided that the above-mentioned conditions are met, the customer will be refunded within 14 business days from the time the company was informed of the withdrawal. If the order payment was made by credit card, the company will take all necessary actions to inform the bank so that the refund can be made to the customer. In such cases, the time required for the crediting of the amount is solely the responsibility of the relevant bank, and Meeple-Planet bears no responsibility for any delays.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation may take place in the following cases:

Before completing your order, during the online process you may go back and delete product quantities from the shopping cart by pressing the “Remove” button.

Even if you have completed your online order but the game – product has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by calling 698 2880238. If you have already received the product, you can contact us at 698 2880238 or via the email form on our website and, after explaining the reason why you want to cancel your order, our associate will immediately inform you of your options.

If your order has already been invoiced and you still wish to cancel it, you must provide the order details to Customer Service at 698 2880238.

More generally…

In case you did not receive your order and therefore a refund is required, we deposit into the bank account you provide to us* the net value of your order, not the shipping costs, minus 0.62 extra for the cost of returning the parcel, within 3 business days. (If your order exceeded 80€ and you received the parcel with free shipping, then the shipping cost of the original shipment that we covered will also be deducted! (these amount to to 3.30 € up to 3 kg  . For each extra kilo the charge is 0.87 )
