The Churchill: Big Three Struggle for Peace is a historical strategy board game by GMT Games, designed by Mark Herman, that transports players to the critical Allied conferences of the final years of World War II. Instead of a traditional wargame, the Churchill board game focuses on political strategy, negotiation, and the delicate balance between cooperation and competition.

Players take on the roles of Winston Churchill, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Joseph Stalin, the three leaders who are called to collaborate to defeat the Axis while simultaneously trying to secure the strongest possible post-war position for their country.

In Churchill: Big Three Struggle for Peace, the historical conferences are at the heart of the gameplay. Players negotiate issues such as military operations, production priorities, political activity, covert operations, and strategic warfare. Through the Staff Cards and the three leaders, they attempt to influence the agenda and steer decisions towards their own interests.

However, political victory is not enough. If the Allies collectively fail to defeat the Axis, everyone loses. Once victory is achieved, the post-war political situation determines who prevailed in the struggle for peace.

The game features solo, 2-player, and 3-player options, with bot systems for leaders not controlled by players. It includes Training, Tournament, and Campaign scenarios with 3, 5, and 10 Conferences respectively.
