The game’s mechanism is based on the use of field orders and command cards, allowing players to take on the role of the Athenians or the Syracusans. Each player executes orders aiming at the construction or destruction of walls, boosting troop morale, and achieving strategic objectives. Victory is achieved either by completing the siege walls and blockading the city, or by reducing the opponent’s morale to zero.
The game offers three difficulty levels for solo play, adjusting the number of the opponent's command cards.
