The Hunters 4th Printing – German U-Boats at War 1939–43
The The Hunters 4th Printing is the latest and most complete edition of the classic solo wargame The Hunters: German U-Boats at War, 1939–43, now published by GMT Games. Designed by Gregory M. Smith, the game places you in the role of the commander of a German submarine (U-Boat) during the early years of World War II, offering a particularly atmospheric and historically documented experience.
Your goal is to complete your entire war career, conducting patrols in the Atlantic, locating allied convoys, and sinking merchant and war ships. At the same time, you must manage the submarine's damage, the crew's experience, ammunition, and supplies, always having the ultimate goal of safely returning to base.
The 4th Printing incorporates the official corrections and improvements published by the publisher, offering revised rules, updated player aids, and corrected game elements. Thus, it represents the best and most comprehensive edition of the title to date.
The The Hunters 4th Printing is aimed at fans of historical board games, WWII board games, solo board games, and demanding wargames, offering great historical accuracy and excellent replayability.
