Louis “David Riel” is a Canadian politician, leader of the Métis and founder of the province Manitoba. He led two resistance movements against the Canadian government to protect the rights and the culture of the Métis. During the second resistance which evolved into a rebellion, the Louis was arrested, tried and hanged for treason. John A. McDonald, the prime minister at the time, declared : “He will be hanged even if all his dogs Québec bark in his favor”
The game deals with this five-day trial of July 1885.
