Final Girl: Shriek – Special Feature
Final Girl: Shriek is a unique Final Girl Special Feature from Van Ryder Games, bringing the solo horror experience to the most unexpected place: a huge board game convention. Mort the Teenage Dirtbag has appeared with a singular purpose — to sow chaos. Carrying masks inspired by famous Final Girl Killers, he hunts his victims by changing disguise, until he wears his own mask and turns to his true target: you.
In this expansion, the Mega Boardgame Convention is filled with enthusiastic gamers waiting for the new releases from their favorite publishers. However, there is a problem: they refuse to leave the venue. To save them from Mort, you will need to create panic and make them move before the Killer can reach them.
Shriek differs from the usual Final Girl Feature Films. It is a Special Feature, with a distinctive red foil logo, while inside the box are included 14 miniatures, Killer and Location boards, Terror Cards, Clue Cards, Suspect Cards, Final Girl Cards, Events, Items, tokens, and other components.
Designed by A. J. Porfirio and Evan Derrick, Final Girl: Shriek remains a purely solo horror board game, where one player must face the Killer and survive.
For fans of Final Girl, solo board games, horror games, and slasher films, Shriek adds a self-referential touch of terror: this time the carnage happens where no board gamer would want to expect it — among the booths of a gaming convention.
Mort changes masks. But you only have one life.
Attention: Requires the Final Girl Core Box to play.
