Europa Universalis: The Price of Power – Scenarios III is an expansion booklet for the strategy board game Europa Universalis: The Price of Power, inspired by the famous Europa Universalis grand strategy game by Paradox Interactive. This expansion adds 8 new game scenarios (scenarios) that significantly expand the gameplay and offer new historical challenges and strategic experiences.
The Scenarios III expansion gives players the opportunity to try different historical situations and alternative scenarios within the game system. Each scenario is designed to offer a different strategic approach, new starting conditions, and unique challenges, increasing the game's replayability.
Among the scenarios included in Scenarios III, we find Old and New Pretenders, a low-conflict scenario for 4 players that serves as an ideal introduction to the game. The Italian Job is a tight strategic scenario for 2 players in a limited geographical area, while Same Sejm, But Different pits 3 players against a powerful bot opponent.
Turning the Table offers an alternative historical version of the Grand Campaign, while The Sun God Awakens introduces, for the first time, gameplay with the kingdom of the Incas in faraway continents. Additionally, scenarios such as Baltic Hegemony, Turmoil in Western Europe, and The Thirty Years’ War create intense strategic conflicts and dynamic political developments.
