Anchoredcase on the shore of the city there is a small fleet abandoned vessels, the crewwhose crews are carried away by the fever for gold. Some business magnates claim these abandoned ships by towing them into the harbor to thereby protect their burgeoning empires. Gradually, this pier, known by the name Embarcadero will become the heart of all the businesses of this growing port-city.
In Embarcadero the players take on the role of these entrepreneurs. Build it San Francisco and establish yourselves on the town council.
