Entropy Board Game – Sci-Fi Strategy Game of Creating Solar Systems

Entropy is a deep and demanding science-fiction strategy board game where players try to control the forces of the universe and prove they are the top scientists of the galaxy. The Entropy board game, designed by Simone Luciani, Nestore Mangone and Tommaso Battista, from Board & Dice, combines engine building, tableau building, action selection and card management mechanisms, creating a rich strategic science-fiction tabletop game.

In the Entropy tabletop game, players take on the roles of apprentice scientists participating in a final trial to join an elite scientific class. During the game they must create solar systems, place stars, planets and asteroids, while also introducing life and ecosystems to new worlds.

Gameplay in the Entropy sci-fi board game unfolds through rounds in which players move the Scientist token on the central board to select powerful actions. Through these actions they can create celestial bodies, play cards, develop biomes and upgrade their technology console.

Players must balance between developing their planetary systems and completing the main objectives, which determine the end of the game when two of them are achieved. victory points are earned through the creation of thriving ecosystems, scientific achievements and cosmic discoveries.

With striking science-fiction artwork, complex strategic gameplay and a wide variety of options, the Entropy board game appeals to those who love Euro strategy board games, space board games, engine building games and sci-fi tabletop games. The game also includes a solo mode designed by Dávid Turczi, allowing players to test their skills against an automated opponent.
