Monkian is a great warrior, gifted with steady strength and quick reflexes. He is the leader of the Monkians tribe, from the planet Plun-Darr, and one of the main members of the evil gang. His limited intelligence and stupidity often make him a source of comic relief. He acts without thinking, driven by emotion rather than rational thought, which makes him the protagonist of many humorous situations. He can climb, jump, swing from the tops of trees and cover large distances in a short period of time. Thus he is responsible for reconnaissance missions. Unfortunately, Monkian's ignorance jeopardizes the Mutants' plans to defeat the ThunderCats in many cases.
