Σχεδιασμένο από τους Adam Kwapiński και Michał Gołąb Gołębiowski και εκδομένο από την Chaosium, το παιχνίδι προσκαλεί 1–4 investigators σε ένα ταξίδι με το θρυλικό Orient Express που σύντομα μετατρέπεται σε εφιάλτη.
