Comet
Comet features fast gameplay despite high variability and strategic depth. In the prehistoric past, you try to save extinct and endangered species from their final extinction. So you're doing nothing less than changing the course of history! Can you smartly combine the abilities of the cards to save the animals from the threatening comet?
The basic techniques and rules of the game are learned quickly. However, that doesn't mean the Comet is conquered quickly! Each game is a new challenge, as you must adapt smartly to your opponent's actions to win.
1. You can have animals hatch to use their card abilities after you move them to the safe cave. Rescued animals will earn rescue points in different ways at the end of the game. However, you also need other animal cards to move your rescuers on the board (and thus move your animals to safety). Watch how you use your cards!
2. The different types of cards deepen strategic choices. Skillfully use the ability of your asymmetric hero cards and optimize the capabilities of the silver and gold animal cards. When the silver card deck is exhausted, the comet phase begins, which triggers the end of the game.
3. Even movements on the game board need to be well planned. Opposing rescuers can be jumped over to reach the rescue cave faster – this can be good for you or your teammates.
