The Aspens Deluxe Edition is a sleek and fast strategy board game where you create your own forest, harnessing the sun and the wind to grow faster than your opponent. The Aspens board game combines easy rules, smart tactical decisions, area control, and a touch of luck in a beautiful showdown in nature.
In each round of Aspens, players use the special Sun and Wind dice to determine tree growth. The big strategic decision lies between two options: UP or OUT. Grow the forest upwards, increasing the chances of producing more trees in the upcoming rounds, or expand outwards to claim valuable areas before your opponent.
The Aspens Deluxe Edition significantly enriches the base game with additional options and greater variability.
The Deciduous Duos adds 14 new board tiles and two new sets of trees for team play. The Wild Weather introduces six multi-purpose abilities that allow movement, uprooting, and replanting trees. In Ancient Artifacts, players discover lost relics and gain eight unique abilities, while Majestic Marvels introduces Majesty Points and a new way to approach map control.
The Deluxe production also includes Custom Cut Treeples, Printed Cloth Tree Piece Bags, Metal First Player Coin, and Custom Deluxe Box Sleeve, adding a collectible character to the edition.
