Warp 99 – Tabletop Card Game
Warp 99 is a fast-paced strategic card game from Bézier Games, designed by Reinhard Staupe, that combines hand management, set collection, card combinations, and tactical card play in a frenzied space race. The goal is clear: be the first to reach 99 points and claim victory!
In the Warp 99 board game, each player gradually builds their own sequence of cards. On your turn, you add one card, but there is a key restriction: its number must be greater than that of the previous card, and you cannot repeat a color.
And then the real space acceleration begins! You can play as many cards as possible to the two central piles, following different rules such as Same Color, Plus 1, and Total 10. If you get stuck, you can change the active rules, while fulfilling additional conditions may grant you bonus cards. If you empty your entire hand, you gain another turn.
The strategy in Warp 99 lies in the balance between creating long sequences of cards and effectively managing your personal deck. Each time you exhaust the Personal Draw Deck, you earn 15 points, creating a second path to victory.
