Up or Down is the new card-based board game by Wolfgang Kramer and Michael Kiesling, combining numerical logic, strategy and tactics. The game is ideal for those who love card games with simple rules but a high level of challenge.

In the Up or Down board game, players create rows of cards in ascending or descending order, trying to place as many cards of the same color as possible. The deck contains numbers from 1 to 126, and is adjusted according to the number of players. During each round, players place one card in the correct position on the ring of numbers and collect cards to build their rows.

Each sequence can be either ascending (upward) or descending (downward), and this choice is decisive for the strategic course of the game. If a player cannot continue a sequence, they must discard its cards and start a new one. Victory is determined by the number of cards and the dominant color in each player's sequences, while cards in the discard pile are worth only 1 point.
