Vinyl: Jukebox where players build a jukebox with 45s. These 45s come in five types, span three decades, and feature great songs on either side A or side B. To collect these 45s, players must draw coins from their bag and choose one of the two slots to put the coin into. The player will continue until the desired match is made or their slot(s) is filled with coins. As 45s are acquired, they are placed in a 3×3 grid next to the player's board. When three 45s form a row or a column, scoring is recorded. As the player's pocket empties, the player may empty their coin box and gain two bonus coins.
At certain points in the game, the player's opponent will be able to benefit from the player's decisions and take free actions to place coins on their own board. When a player acquires nine 45s, the end of the game is triggered. Players add up their score from the scoring tokens they acquire during the game plus the points from their personal objectives. The player with the most points is the winner.
