Pop! Figure Paddington – Paddington with Suitcase
Paddington is a 2014 animated comedy film, written and directed by Paul King. The film tells the story of Paddington, an anthropomorphic bear who emigrates from the jungles of the “darkest Peru” to the streets of London, where he is adopted by the Brown family. Kidman plays a taxidermist who tries to add him to her collection.
A British and French venture produced by StudioCanal UK, TF1 and Heyday, principal photography for Paddington began in September 2013 and concluded in June 2014. Colin Firth was originally set to provide Paddington's voice, but he dropped out of his participation in post-production and was replaced by Whishaw.
Paddington was released in the United Kingdom on 28 November 2014 and received the best reviews for Whishaw's vocal performance, the humour, the screenplay, the visual effects and its appeal to children and adults.
