It is the direct narrative sequel to “At the Mountains of Madness”, with the investigators embarking on a new expedition to the Antarctic to discover what became of the original Miskatonic University expedition and to uncover terrifying secrets of ancient alien civilizations.
This edition of the campaign preserves the original 1999 material for the 5th edition rules of Call of Cthulhu, but can be easily adapted to the 7th edition with minimal changes. The book is black-and-white, in hardcover format and includes over 400 pages with information, maps, handouts and rules for Antarctic expeditions, 1920s equipment and setting details.
