Ra is a game set-collection and an auction themed on Ancient Egypt.
How is the RA;
In each round players can buy multiple tiles with their bidding tiles (suns). Once a player runs out of his suns, the remaining players continue until they do the same. This can create a situation with a single player unopposed in offering tiles before the end of the round. The tension increases because the round can end before all players have the chance to win their three tiles for the season. The various tiles either give immediate points, prevent negative points from not having certain types at the end of the round (season), or award points after the final round. The game lasts three “seasons” (rounds). It offers a short learning curve and experienced players find it a quick game.
