In Decrypto, 2 teams consisting of 2 to 4 players compete. Your goal is to transmit the codes to your teammates without the opposing team being able to intercept them. Your communication must be clear enough for your team to understand you, yet vague enough to confuse your opponents. You also try to intercept the codes exchanged by your opponents.
More specifically, you give 3 clues based on the 4 secret words. If your secret words are: 1 – Black, 2 – Dragonfly, 3 – Cocktail, 4 – Sombrero and you have to guess the code 4-3-2, you could give the clues “Mexico”, “Drink”, ” insect”. Too easy? Be careful, your opponents record all your clues … If later you use Amigos to guess 4, they may connect it with Mexico and intercept your # 4. Two intercepted codes give you the victory. Two failed communications with your team and you lose.
