In the form known as the “Ever-Living”, the evil sorcerer with the ominous smile on his face holds up his right hand as if ready to throw energy bolts from his fingers, against his great ancient enemies, the ThunderCats, or to punish his often clumsy henchmen, the Mutants. The iconic villain from the 1980s gets a stylized Toy Art version in the statue “Mumm-Ra – ThunderCats – MiniCo” by Iron Studios, atop a base that refers to his altar inside the Black Pyramid.
With features of an Egyptian deity, the mummified ancient Mumm-Ra controls the darkest corners of the planet known as Third Earth. When he calls upon the power of the four entities known as the “Ancient Spirits of Evil”, his wrappings unravel and he transforms into a decomposed giant form with blue-gray skin, a muscular body and a pharaoh-like appearance. With a helmet and a symbol on his chest in the shape of two joined serpents, he has great mystical powers connected to magic, while when he sees his horrible reflection he loses his powers and must return to the Pyramid, where he transforms back into his mummy form. The greatest villain of the ThunderCats desires to obtain the “Eye of Thundera”, a gem of power, and the source of the powers of the surviving members of the team of feline heroes of the planet Thundera, to strengthen his power and his dominions.
