The city's criminals are running wild in the streets, preying on the innocent citizens of Echo Ridge. But these small gangs only fight over the scraps left by the Kingpin. He rules the city, pulls all the strings and threatens the foundations of Echo Ridge. Are you willing to bet your badge that the Kingpin was the one who ordered the hit on Muretti? It's time to call in the Patrol Team, an elite task force trained to dismantle the network of the Kingpin's Flofagi. With your help, we can root out these thieves and discover who the real Kingpin is and overthrow him.

In the Kingpins expansion, one of the six Kingpins has taken over the city. You must gather your wits and neutralize them, adding valuable time that will enhance your ability to solve the murder. The identity of the Kingpin will be revealed throughout the game.

To catch the Kingpin, move the patrol wagon through the city to take out the Kingpin's flofakia one by one to reveal which Kingpin you must neutralize.

But beware! The Kingpins have other plans for Echo Ridge City's loyal officers and will unleash a wave of events if they sense the police closing in. The Kingpins expansion will include new events in the city linked to each Kingpin and his mafia gang. These new events will take up valuable time to resolve as you hunt these gang bosses.
