Quest – Don Eskridge Social Deduction Board Game
The Quest of Don Eskridge is an exciting social deduction board game filled with secret roles, bluffing, betrayal, and intrigue, where the forces of Good and Evil clash for the future of the kingdom. In the legendary world of King Arthur, the loyal servants of the crown try to complete their missions, but among them hide the treacherous minions of Mordred.
At the beginning of the Quest board game, each player secretly receives a role that determines whether they belong to the forces of Good or Evil. From there begins a game of argumentation, deception, and social strategy. Who can you trust? Who is telling the truth and who is trying to sabotage the next mission?;
Players discuss and decide who will be sent on the Quests, knowing that even one hidden servant of Mordred can lead a mission to failure. The game features 25 different characters, creating different combinations of roles and high replayability. It also includes the Director’s Cut, the version of the game recommended by the designer himself.
Designed by Don Eskridge, creator of The Resistance, Quest continues the tradition of social deception games and is a reimplementation of The Resistance and The Resistance: Avalon.
With 4–10 players and a duration of about 30 minutes, Quest is ideal for groups who love social deduction games, hidden roles, bluffing, deduction, negotiation, and party games. Each game becomes a small battle of trust: allies change, suspicions grow, and a convincing lie can determine the fate of the kingdom.
