You are in the highlands of South America, somewhere between the Bolivian and Peruvian mountains. At altitudes above 3000 meters living conditions are difficult for those who want to exploit the scarce vegetation for their needs. The inhabitants gain increasing wealth by fishing in Lake Titicaca, exploiting minerals, raising alpacas and trading the products produced from these resources. But beware : resources are limited and some may be exhausted at any time so you will need to build new production facilities, fairly early, to move to other sources of income, such as cocoa cultivation. New production locations are built. However, you should not neglect road construction because they are necessary to accelerate development. Additionally, you should also build a warehouse so that you can cope with difficult times that are frequent in this inhospitable region. If you plan your moves smartly, adapting to the game's conditions, you will surely have the greatest profit at the end.
