The Wolfenstein: The Board Game takes place in the legendary Wolfenstein Castle and – as with the action of the iconic, award-winning games developed by MachineGames, Wolfenstein: The Board Game is set in the legendary Wolfenstein Castle in the 1960s in a world in which the Nazis won World War II.
Playing as BJ Blazkowicz, Anya Oliwa, Set Roth, Max Hass and Bombate, players must infiltrate the castle and then face the Nazi opponents controlled by the game's AI mechanisms. Depending on the chosen game, players will face Nazi zombies, mechanized Nazis, or a mix of both. The set also contains an iconic unit known from the legendary “Wolfenstein 3D” – the Mecha-Hitler!
Controlled by the players, BJ and his companions – in the form of 32 mm plastic figures – must fight through the hordes of Nazis, explore Castle Wolfenstein and carry out dangerous missions, all to defeat the dark plans of Adolf Hitler and his two tough subordinates. Additionally, well-known characters will be available in future add-ons and expansions.
