Inspired by the best-selling and award-winning board game War of the Ring, War of the Ring – The Card Game immerses players in the quest for the Lord of the Rings. The game allows them to explore their own version of the trilogy, using uniquely designed decks that represent the strengths and weaknesses of the peoples and characters who fought in the War of the Ring.
Its first expansion War Of The Ring TCG – Against The Shadow (exp.) , allows players to experience the adventure solo or cooperatively. Players control the Free Peoples, using the standard rules and the cards included in War of the Ring – The Card Game.
The automated players control the Shadow, using the new decks, which fully replace the cards included in the base set and which are adapted for solo/cooperative play. Combined with a simple flowchart, the new Shadow decks provide an advanced challenge for one or two players.
Attention: This is an expansion. To be played, it requires the base game.
