Once upon a time, 3 big cats were exhausted from the quarrel over which one is the best. So they agreed to stop and make their 9 lives spicier with a hot-spice-eating contest! And to avoid cheating the cats invented a very hot, often to the point of tears, bluffing game…
Spicy is a bluffing card game for 2-6 players. The cards are played face down, so you can cheat when you announce your card. That said, this clever card game is not only about bluffing, because you can almost always play a card that is at least half correct if you play your hand smartly. That means you have to decide tactically which card to use to pass: Should I play a "Pepper 10" or a color wild on a "Wasabi 9" and declare it "Wasabi 10"? Or maybe it's better to pass, because surely someone has noticed me thinking for so long now?
Spicy contains six variant cards for the game, but even without them high replayability is guaranteed.
The cards are illustrated with forty distinct works of art. Additionally, not only does the game box shine in elegant metallic gold, but the backs of the cards are also adorned with a gold-colored finish.
