Pop Figure The Joker Jack Frost (Exclusive)
The Joker is a supervillain and Batman's arch-enemy. He first appeared in Batman 1 (Spring 1940) as a criminal mastermind whose main characteristic was a sinister sense of humor. He was originally intended to make a single appearance, but the Joker's immediate popularity ensured that the character would continue to appear more often, becoming a frequent foe of the Dark Knight and Robin, the Boy Wonder. By the late 1940s, the Joker had been redefined as a harmless prankster. Falling into obscurity from the 1960s, he returned in the 1970s as a more legitimate threat and one of Gotham City's most notorious criminals. In recent years, the character has taken on the persona of an incarnate evil, who simply enjoys tormenting Batman or tries to push him toward evil.
