In the Marvel, Cosmo is a telepath dog who serves as head of security at Knowhere, a floating city in space that was built from the remnants of a severed celestial head and serves as home to all kinds of wanderers who couldn't find a place anywhere else in the galaxy. Ehas worked with both the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Nova Corps on many occasions, proving so that he is a brave and loyal companion to anyone fighting to make space a better place. He is, undoubtedly, a good boy.

His powers Cosmo

As a result of his exposure to cosmic rays, Cosmo has significant psychic abilities, including telepathy and telekinesis. He has been shown to project blasts of crushing force and to create powerful shields against physical attacks, as well as to share his thoughts into the minds of others. The cosmic rays also appear to have greatly extended his lifespan, given that the space race took place about 70 years ago, and yet he still runs around as healthy as ever. Maybe we should all get some of those cosmic rays.
