Paleo is a cooperative adventure game set in the Stone Age. It's a game in which players try to keep the people they care for alive while completing quests. Sometimes you need a pelt, sometimes a tent, but all of these are secondary missions compared to your long-term goal: to paint a hairy mammoth on the wall, so that people thousands of years later know that you once existed. (Okay, you just think the mammoth painting looks nice. Keeping a record of your previous existence is fine.)
What could stop you from painting this mammoth? Death, in all its forms.
