LA-1

The LA-1 is an immersive cooperative strategy and storytelling game that combines elements of detective board game, story-driven adventure, and campaign game in a dark post-apocalyptic world. In the LA-1 board game, players take on the role of detectives from the Mace & Doyle Investigations office, trying to solve complex cases in a city that was once Los Angeles but has now turned into a dystopian metropolis where society is dominated by class inequalities and a mysterious force known as Darkness.

Each case in the LA-1 is a standalone story, but it can also be part of a larger campaign with continuous progression. Players' decisions directly affect the course of the investigation, as the cards lead to different clues, suspects, and developments. Thanks to the multiple branches of the narrative, each case can be played more than once, revealing new facts and different endings.
