You can't run anywhere when an invisible enemy comes to the Arctic station where you and a small project team have come to do research. The only way out is by helicopter, but the problem is that you don't know who you can trust. Who has been assimilated by the organism; Someone; Everyone;

You don't know whom you can trust when you play against the Organization. How can you fight something you can't see? You will need to examine victims in the lab or with test kits you find to determine if they have been assimilated. Of course, your real job is to kill the mutated victims to stop the spread once detected! With three different types of organisms, you'll never know what you're going to face.

Arctic Station 2891 features new unique challenges. Anyone who stays outside for too long risks getting frostbite, but the only escape is via the helicopter that travels to and from the station from the Arctic airport. Will you try to save your companions against all odds, or will you seek out number one and use them to buy time?
