Set in an old monastery now operating as a correctional facility, this expansion introduces a new killer – Razorface – a deformed convict with a razor face and a thirst for revenge.
In this scenario, you must guide the Final Girl through a maze-like environment full of traps, dark rooms, and desperate inmates. You'll need strategy, the right decisions and luck to avoid the fate of previous victims. Like all Feature Film expansions, it requires the Final Girl Core Box to play. Hell to Pay adds new horror cards, items, locations and, of course, an iconic new killer, giving a strong dose of slasher cinematic horror to the gameplay.
