The story in the book “ The Mystery of the Puppeteer” presents the choices players have in the form of numbered paragraphs. Tales of Evil is also a “against the clock” game. In other words, events that cause panic and terror will accelerate the end of the game. Additionally, during the game, players will occasionally face timed challenges.
