Therefore, these products are not returnable. If a customer receives a product that has sustained actual damage, the store will proceed with a replacement.
In general, Meeple Planet informs you if a package has a minor external imperfection (photos can be sent upon request), but it cannot know anything about the inside of the package or the back of the figure, since the boxes are not opened.
