WITH ELTA COURIER

Order delivery will be made within 3 working days to any part of Greece. ELTA Courier makes deliveries Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00.

  • Για δυσπρόσιτες και απομακρυσμένες περιοχές ο χρόνος παράδοσης μπορεί να είναι μεγαλύτερος. Μπορείτε να ενημερωθείτε για τις περιοχές που χαρακτηρίζονται δυσπρόσιτες (χερσαίοι προορισμοί) από την συνεργαζόμενη εταιρία ταχυμεταφορών στο site www.elta-courier.gr
  • Shipping costs up to 3kg are €4, while each additional kilogram costs €1.10.
  • For purchases over 80€, shipping is FREE throughout Greece.
  • In remote areas or where there is no ELTA courier branch, the parcel is sent by ELTA courier to the local ELTA post office and the customer collects it from there.

    Elta Courier couriers make two delivery attempts. If you have already received two notices, you should contact the Elta Courier branch in your area to schedule a new delivery for a fee.
  • In cases where you want to change the delivery time, this must be done by arrangement by contacting us at +30 698 2880238 or by informing us in advance by sending an email.
  • If you are a resident of Crete, your order is usually delivered on the next business day.
  • For residents of Heraklion, Crete, order delivery may be arranged free of charge upon request.

With BOX NOW

For small and medium parcels within Greece, shipping costs €4, while for Cyprus it is €10 (for small and medium parcels, not large ones).
For large parcels within Greece, our store will contact you before shipment regarding any difference in shipping cost.

With DHL Express (for Cyprus)

DHL Express shipments are priced according to the parcel’s weight and volume. The exact shipping cost is calculated during checkout.

With DHL Economy (for the rest of Europe)

Shipping to the rest of Europe is carried out via DHL Economy. The shipping cost depends on the parcel’s weight and volume and is calculated at checkout.
