The board game Timber Town is a fresh and inventive tile placement board game from Alley Cat Games, which combines family fun with strategic thinking and unusual tile selection mechanisms (river drafting).
In Timber Town, each player takes on the role of a beaver-architect who builds a new town beside the river. Building-tiles are carried by the river's current and each player selects the appropriate tile from a column, which they must place in the corresponding column of their personal town. Placement is critical, because the goal is to match the special victory point conditions (objectives) of each game.
