Each round, players perform up to three actions: draw cards, move to adjacent doors, trade cards or relics, illuminate shadows or discover relics. Each hero has a unique ability, offering different strategies and ways to play. The deck contains colorful door cards, spells and shadows, while resource management and proper timing of moves are the key to victory.
The shadows grow stronger as the game progresses, gradually closing the doors. If a relic is lost before you acquire it or if the shadow level reaches its maximum, your mission fails. The fantasy atmosphere, the beautiful illustrations and the constant sense of pressure create a unique experience for fans of cooperative card games, fantasy board games and adventure tabletop games.
