Splendor: The Silk Road – Expansion | Strategy & Trade Board Game
If you love Splendor, then the Splendor Silk Road Expansion is the ultimate upgrade that shouldn't be missing from your collection. The new Splendor expansion brings two unique modules inspired by the Cities of Splendor edition, giving new strategic direction and alternative victory conditions.
In the first module titled Cities, the nobles are replaced by city tiles, which are randomly selected from a pool of 14 options. Each city requires specific prestige points and combinations of cards. To win the game, you must fulfill one of these objectives. This makes the Splendor Silk Road Expansion much more demanding in terms of strategic thinking.
The second module, Trading Posts, brings new bonus abilities. Each player can activate a trading post when they acquire the correct number of development cards. The bonuses include extra gems, prestige points from nobles, and other useful boosts.
The expansion is in English, requires the base game Splendor, and offers even greater variety in every game. A great gift for those who love strategy board games!
