Looney Tunes Sylvester Plush 15cm
Sylvester is a fictional character, a cat in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoon series. In most of his appearances he often chases Tweety Bird, Speedy Gonzales or Hippety Hopper. He appeared in 103 cartoons during the golden age of American animation, trailing only behind superstars Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig and Daffy Duck. Three of his cartoons won Oscars, the most for any single Looney Tunes leading character: they are Tweetie Pie, Speedy Gonzales and Birds Anonymous.
Like Daffy, Sylvester is known for his messy whisper. A common joke used for both Sylvester and Daffy is his tendency to complain about a subject and finish it by saying “Sakes”. Sylvester's trademark is the exclamation “Suffering succotash!”, which is said to be a minced oath of “Suffering Savior”.
He shows a different personality when paired with Porky Pig in explorations of scary places, in which he does not speak, behaves like a scary cat and always seems to see the frightening things that Porky does not see and scolds him for it’.
