It must be accompanied by the purchase receipt so that we can assist you quickly and reliably. The products you request to exchange must be returned intact, in their packaging, unopened and unassembled, and the products purchased in exchange must be of equal or greater value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Defective games \u2013 products<\/h3>\n<p>In case any of the games \u2013 products you received has a manufacturing defect, please inform us by phone within three (3) business days at 698 2880238 or by e-mail at <a href=\"mailto:info@meeple-planet.com\">info@meeple-planet.com<\/a>. Any return and exchange of defective games \u2013 products must be made within 15 days from the purchase date.<br \/>\nAfter we have been contacted, the product must be sent back to us, accompanied by its proof of purchase. We will cover the cost of shipping the new product on the next business day from the day of receipt of the defective one, provided availability exists. The product can be replaced only if its packaging is presented (so that the product can be returned to the supplier company) and only if the defect does not result from misuse or violation of the product\u2019s instructions for use. Shipping costs are borne exclusively by meeple-planet.<\/p>\n<h3>Withdrawal<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>If you wish to return the product you purchased from the online store, you can send it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 calendar days from its delivery, so that the exercise of the right of withdrawal is considered timely.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal statement may be sent in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By email to the address <a href=\"mailto:info@meeple-planet.com\">info@meeple-planet.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>By contacting us by phone at 698 2880238.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As soon as we receive the withdrawal statement, we will contact you by phone or by email, according to the details provided in the withdrawal statement.<\/p>\n<h3>Withdrawal Terms<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day you received the defective game \u2013 product.<br \/>\n&#8211; Shipping costs are borne by the customer.<br \/>\n&#8211; They must be returned intact, in their packaging, unopened and unassembled, since the games \u2013 products will be made available for sale again.<br \/>\n&#8211; All games \u2013 products for return must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be sent back to the customer with recipient charges.<\/p>\n<p>Provided that the above-mentioned conditions are met, the customer will be refunded within 14 business days from the time the company was informed of the withdrawal. If the order payment was made by credit card, the company will take all necessary actions to inform the bank so that the refund can be made to the customer.
